Shipping & Returns
Our default shipping is USPS priority or first class mail. For International shipping - USPS international priority or first class mail.
Free shipping is available on continental US orders over $100. Some items such as furniture and oversize items may require additional shipping and are exempt from this policy. Returns and exchanges are not covered under the free shipping offer. We do not overcharge for shipping and there are no handling fees.
We hope you love the items you found at E A / S T co. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Apothecary products, made to order items, custom items, and sale items are final sale and nonrefundable.
Some larger items such as furniture may require a 20% restocking fee.
All items must be unused and in original manufacturer's packaging. When returning items, we recommend that you make sure the items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure that your return is send via trackable method. E A / S T co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders.
You will need a Return Authorization Number to return an item. Please contact email@example.com and in the body of the email, include your order number as well as a list of items you would like to return. We will respond with an RA#. Please include this number on the package of your return.
