Shipping & Returns


Our default shipping is USPS priority or first class mail. For International shipping - USPS international priority or first class mail. Free shipping offers apply to domestic orders only. Furniture is excluded from free shipping offers and will be noted in the item listing.

We do our best to use recycled packaging to ship your orders, using materials on-hand.

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing your order before shipping.

We hope you love the items you found at E A / S T co. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Apothecary products, made to order items, custom items, and sale items are final sale and nonrefundable. 
Some larger items such as furniture may require a 20% restocking fee. 
All items must be unused and in original manufacturer's packaging. When returning items, we recommend that you make sure the items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure that your return is sent via trackable method. E A / S T co. is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on international orders.
You will need a Return Authorization Number to return an item. Please contact and in the body of the email, include your order number as well as a list of items you would like to return. We will respond with an RA#. Please include this number on the package of your return.
